We want your Unbelievable Water to arrive fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and procedures for lost or damaged orders.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date your order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your monthly renewal date. Processing follows the same 1–2 business day window. Shipping costs for subscription orders are as stated at the time of your subscription enrollment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at
support@unbelievablewater.com.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building management, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive), and contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the package is still unaccounted for after 48 hours, email us at
support@unbelievablewater.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Unbelievable Water is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
support@unbelievablewater.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will replace the affected items or issue a store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at
support@unbelievablewater.com. We can update addresses on orders that have not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. For subscription orders, address changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date to take effect on the upcoming shipment.
