These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unbelievable Water website and your purchase of products and subscriptions from Unbelievable Group Inc ("Unbelievable Water," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to purchase from Unbelievable Water. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Products

Unbelievable Water sells deep-sea mineral water sourced from 510 meters beneath Korea's East Sea. All products are sold in 20-bottle cases (500mL per bottle). Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

Subscription pricing is locked in at the rate active at the time of your first order. We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before any subscription price change takes effect.

4. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory constraints.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Enrollment. When you select a subscription plan, you agree to recurring monthly charges at the selected tier price until you cancel.

5.2 Billing. Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date each month. If that date falls on a weekend or holiday, billing and shipment will occur on the next business day.

5.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing help@unbelievablewater.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Cancellations submitted before your next renewal date will take effect immediately. Cancellations submitted after a renewal has already processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

5.4 Modifications. To change your subscription tier or quantity, contact us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered via standard ground shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from the ship date. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies only where explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns on consumable products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unbelievablewater.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the affected items or issue a store credit at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Unbelievable Water website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Unbelievable Group Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unbelievable Water products are sold "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended use as a beverage. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbelievable Group Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or subscription service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
