We stand behind the quality of Unbelievable Water. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or delivered orders. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
support@unbelievablewater.com with the following information: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a store credit for the affected items. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
If you received the wrong product or were shipped an incorrect quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
support@unbelievablewater.com with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing
support@unbelievablewater.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Cancellations submitted before your next renewal date will take effect immediately and no further charges will be made. Cancellations submitted after a renewal has already been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
Approved refunds or store credits will be issued within 5–7 business days of approval. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Store credits will be issued via email and can be applied to a future order.
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns: opened or consumed products, orders with delivery confirmed to the correct address, and orders where the issue was not reported within the 7-day window.
